James Park

With more than 15 years of progressive sales experience in title insurance, James Park is responsible for sales planning, market analysis and resource allocation. “In my experience,” James says, “success in sales growth and portfolio expansion comes from superior service, a strong client network, and setting efficient goals.”
A U.S. Army veteran, James earned his bachelor’s in Business from the University of Phoenix. He lives in Mid-Wilshire.

Sandy Cho has proven to be one of the most successful title reps in the industry. During her 18 years of experience in the field, she has shared her expertise and knowledge with her clients helping them close one transaction at a time. Many loyal clients have stated that Sandy is very knowledgeable, known for going the extra mile and her personal service is the reason why they keep coming back for her services. Sandy's approach to sales and customer service sets her apart from her competition and her style is focused on meeting her client's needs and exceeding their expectations.

Kevin Lee joined Provident Title Company in 2016 with a Computer Science major background. His current responsibilities include providing outstanding services by going above and beyond what is expected. Christine joined Provident Title Company in 2012 after being part of the event planning industry. Her background in design came from years of design courses through an art magnet program at her local high school and attending OTIS College of Art & Design. Her current responsibilities vary from overseeing design to supporting sales representatives in various aspects. She continually seeks out ways to further educate herself and groom her ever-growing skill set in design.
